Step into the garment one leg at a time. Pull the garment up from the back side. Place arms through the shoulder straps. Close the hooks one at a time and then zip up the zipper. When locking in the straps, use the left lower strap first, followed by the right lower strap, then left upper strap followed by the right upper strap.
